Each session is fully adapted to your individual needs. We may work:

Lying down — on a table or tatami mat

As a private ATM lesson — in person or online

About the Practitioner
Yuri Morozov is a Feldenkrais practitioner, massage therapist, certified hatha yoga instructor, and personal trainer with over 20 years of experience working with the body.
He offers a personalized approach that combines deep knowledge of movement, touch, and awareness.
Depending on your needs, complementary bodywork methods such as Thai massage (for stiffness and mobility), relaxation massage (for stress release), or deep tissue massage (for localized pain) can also be integrated into your process — always with your comfort and goals in mind.
